I am the one-woman-show behind My Flip Flop Kind of Life!

I turned 50 last year and decided it was time to flip my life...Literally!

I haven't quit my day job just yet, but I am counting down the days. I made the decision almost over night, but I bought a salon and started school to become a Master Esthetician this past March. And with all of the new changes, I decided I would just go all the way in with things I love... Health and Wellness from the inside out with nutrition and skincare. And getting obsessed with my Cricut and Heat Press.

So here's to the Sun Seekers, Risk Takers, SPF Wearing, Badass Memory Makers!!
